A NOTE ABOUT NATURAL: Maple is mostly white/cream/peachy cream and CAN naturally have darker fibers or pinhole knots in the wood. These may show through the finish and or artwork. Each piece is unique and different. Once we have your order, we will make it and ship it within 1-3 business days. If you require a proof of your order, please inform us AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. This will add another 2-3 days to production time.
Whether your dog is big or small, we’ve got you covered. For larger breeds like goldens or shepherds, we recommend the Standard size. For smaller breeds, we offer the Petite size chart. If your breed isn’t listed, reach out to us at hello@headwaters-studio.com or choose the Dog Paw option in the drop-down menu, and we’ll create it with that illustration.
There is nothing like decorating a corner of your home to honor your furry friends. All growth charts start at 0” or 6” - so choose a spot that works for you. (You can always cut the chart off at the bottom to accommodate taller baseboards.)

Our growth charts are made in New Hampshire from maple plywood sourced from Columbia Forest Products in North Carolina. Cut and sanded by hand, our charts then get their artwork and color printed on the surface. The sides are finished in a European style - sanded smooth and kept natural.

In the "personalization" section on the product page, or in the "notes" section when checking out, please tell us where you want your personalization in detail. The default placement is the top. If you want something placed at the bottom or in the middle, please communicate that to us.
Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe. Sadly, we cannot ship to Australia or New Zealand.
We accept returns for items that have not be personalized or items that were made incorrectly. Contact hello@headwaters-studio.com with any issues you have regarding your order.
We will happily replace any item damaged in shipment. Please email hello@headwaters-studio.com with a photo of the damage and we will get a replacement out ASAP.
Yes! Your ruler comes with an adhesive and metal saw tooth hanger to be applied to the back along with permanent foam adhesives to be applied to the bottom (to keep it from swinging on the nail/screw in your wall).
The easiest thing to do is to use a long knife and cut the foam from the back of your chart. Then rub vigorously to remove the foam pieces. Followed by using Goo Gone to get the adhesive off of your wall.
