HOW TO ORDER:

LOGO OPTIONS: If you already have a logo we can use, we accept files in the following formats: psd, pdf, png, eps or svg. (Email your design to epi@headwaters_studio.com)

IF YOU CHOOSE ONE OF OUR STUDIO LOGOS: We will allow you one alteration to the design proof before final approval is made. Additional modifications can be made but may require an extra charge.

During checkout, please include the following information in the “Notes to Seller” section:
1) your phone number
2) Name/names
3) Wedding Date
4) Location (optional)
5) Logo option
6) Font selection
7) Mounting option: whether you plan to hang the board vertical or *horizontal. *If horizontal please specify whether you'd like the tips to the left or the right as the surfboards are wider a the tip than at the bottom.

A NOTE ABOUT NATURAL: Maple is mostly white/cream/peachy cream and CAN naturally have darker fibers or pinhole knots in the wood. These may show through the finish and or artwork. Each piece is unique and different.
